 Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit per person is required to secure your spot.

 How to Book

1. Choose your package
Select the surf package that matches the number of surfers in your group from the menu below.
You may pay individually or for your entire group by selecting the number of surfers you are paying for.

 

2. Select your dates
Choose your check-in and check-out dates.
Minimum stay: 5 nights for private groups.

3. Select number of surfers
Indicate how many surfers you are paying for in this reservation.

​

4. Complete the information form
Fill in your contact details and required information.

​

5. Review your order summary
Please verify that all details are correct before proceeding.

6. Click “Pay Now”

7. Make your deposit

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit per person is required to secure your reservation.

Payments are normally processed by credit or debit card via Stripe.

If your card is not compatible with Stripe, we offer alternative payment options such as:

• PayPal

• Bank transfer

• CLIP virtual terminal

Simply complete your reservation online and we’ll contact you by email to arrange the payment method that works best for you.

  

8. Reservation confirmation
Once the deposit is received, we will confirm your booking by email.

9. Send us your flight information
This allows us to arrange airport transfers if needed.

10. Get ready to surf
Start packing your boards and sunblock — we’ll see you soon at Casa Mirador.

 

 Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance is paid upon arrival (cash)

• Credit card payments for the remaining balance must be completed 5 days before arriva
